The Challenge

Polar Vision Marketing manages paid ads, SEO, website development, and strategy consulting for multiple clients. Every week, hours were spent on manual reporting — pulling data from ad platforms, formatting snapshots, compiling monthly summaries. Creative generation required sourcing assets, writing variations, and resizing across formats. Competitor research at onboarding was a multi-hour deep dive per client. None of this was scalable.
